You will find Rollerbeetle Trainers at Shing Jea Monastery, Lion's Arch, and Kamadan

I actually didn't find him in Shing Jea to my surprise. They must have hid him well. Used the one in Great Temple of Balthazar instead.

Surprisingly, he's not in LA either (although the Dragon Arena and Token Collectors are). Oh well, just use the one in Great Temple.
